GTWN Co-Founders Ambassador Diana Dougan, (also the initiator of our GTWN “Bring a Mentee” program to our events), Laureen Cook, and Candace Johnson joined with other GTWN International Board Members, Sallye Clark and Dora Petranyi to welcome Her Excellency Ambassador Nicole Bintner from Luxembourg, home to SES, the world’s largest satellite system and Women Space  Executives and mentees attending the Satellite 2024 conference in Washington D.C. at the world-famous Cosmos Club, an intellectual social club boasting 36 Nobel Prize Winners.

Ambassador Diana Dougan:  ** 
Diana Lady Dougan has served in senior policy and management positions for more than three decades, including appointments to Senate-confirmed positions by both Republican and Democratic presidents.
H.E. Ambassador Nicole Bintner
Currently Ambassador of Luxembourg to the United States and previously Ambassador to Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger, Special Envoy for the Sahel, United Arab Emirates, DCM to Bangkok and China.
Dora Petranyi:  **
Dóra is a partner and CEE Managing Director at CMS and Co-Head of the Technology, Media and Communications Group (TMC). She also heads the TMC, Data Protection and Intellectual property (IP) practices, and is a partner in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice in the Budapest office.
Sallye Clark:   ** 
Sallye Clark is a space and satellite attorney who is highly regarded for her ability to negotiate market access around the world for her clients’ complex international satellite projects. Sallye helps clients obtain satellite spectrum, orbital slots, and operating licenses, and she negotiates all manner of satellite agreements and approvals for her clients. Sallye is well known for securing Host Nation Authorizations (HNAs) for U.S. military and government satellite ground networks, U.S. government VIP aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). She also counsels her clients on legal, trade, and market access issues, represents her clients before regulatory bodies around the globe, and develops regulatory and legislative strategies for clients.
Laureen Cook:  ** 
CEO, Private Equity, Telecoms, Media, Technology & Satellite, IFC (World Bank) Alumni; Having concluded her long tenure with the IFC (World Bank), as Principal TMT Adviser, in the Global Telecoms, Media & Technology Investment Sector, Laureen is now the CEO of Extelcon, LLC; providing technical and commercial oversight to the Investment Banking Community, Regulators, and TMT & Satellite industry sectors as Lender’s Technical Adviser for new and existing telecoms & technology companies
