* Madam XIN Fanfei has served as the Executive Director and Vice President of China Mobile Limited since January 2006. She is also Chairwoman of Peoples. She previously served as Director of the Department of Planning and Construction of Tianjin Posts and Telecommunications Administration, Vice President of Tianjin Mobile, Chairwoman and President of Heilongjiang Mobile. Madam Xin graduated from Xidian University and received an EMBA degree from Peking University.She is a professor-level senior engineer with many years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
